Playmobil Land

We went to Playmobil Land on Wednesday with our Squadron in Nuremberg. It's about 45 min from here. Madeline played with her friend Gabi and we met other friends there. They had plastic cows you could pretend to milk, slides, and water area.

Words can't express my gratitude for your husband's service and sacrifice, or express my sorrow for your family's loss. Praying for the Lord to comfort you and your little girl.

Susan you don't know me either but seems we have a lot of mutual friends. We are so sorry for your loss. My kids (8,6 and 4) run to servicemen and women whenever and where ever we see them and thank them for serving & protecting us. Your husband is a hero and we are forever grateful and thankful for his sacrifice, and yours as well. Praying for God to give you that peace that surpasses all understanding and know that He will somehow meet your every single need. May God bless you and your precious little ones, dear sister.

Susan,

While I do not know you or your family, I came across your story on another blog. Words are so insufficient to express my sadness and heavy heart for you and your family. I am praying for you and your children....may God provide all that you need and may He welcome your husband to his eternal home where there is no more pain or sorrow. Thank you for the sacrifice you have made. God bless.

I know I don't know you, but I am praying for you. I am so sorry... there are no words adequate. Here is Scripture that the Lord just brought to my mind:

Isaiah 43:2,3
When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.
For I am the Lord thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Savior:

I know we don't know each other, but the loss you're feeling is heartbreaking for all the mothers and wives who can appreciate the sacrifice you made so that your husband could sacrifice his life for the rest of us. I'm so sorry that you and your family have to experience this loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I look at the picture of that beautiful young man that gave his life for my freedom. He knew when he joined the service that this might be asked of him and he went anyway. I am incredibly overwhelmed with gratitude, emotion and thankfulness for men like him. Susan, there is nothing I can say to ease your pain. All I can do is hold you in my heart and lift you up in prayer. ((tears))

You and your children have been on my heart and in my prayers and I am praying that you will know in such reality His Presence as you walk through this dark valley. I have also thanked the Lord for you and your precious Paul who have understood laying down your lives and words cannot express the gratitude for this selfless act. With much love and prayers.
